Vero Beach or Hilton Head?

We just got a contract that has some points that expire December 1. My husband and I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to try out VB or HH, (without taking our 4 kids). We're going to go in November. Anyone have any thought as to which spot would be better at that time of year? Thanks!

Well, we go to Hilton Head for 2 weeks every November, and when it's time to go home , we wish it wasn't over so soon. So you can guess my choice.

Well, we own at both VB and HHI. I've visiting Simba's Mom there in November, but I wouldn't rule out VB for you. If you go to Vero, and get an Ocean View Inn room you will not be disappointed with the view. I do think it will probably be a bit warmer in Vero in November.

because of the time of year...i would definitely go with vero beach as you have a better chance of having decent weather.....otherwise it is a 50/50 proposition for me

I would prefer Hilton Head, but previous poster is correct about weather being unpredictable in November.

You may need to wait until after the storm passes since there could be damage at the resorts.

We prefer Vero. It's actually on the beach and is a very peaceful location.
