If I buy a resale contract and select vero beach I hilton head am I still allowed to use the points at any of the on property Florida resorts? My understanding is that you cannot use resale points at certain other places but I am not truly sure what that includes one place had me thinking if I purchased at Vero or hilton head being my home resort that I would be stuck visiting that resort only.

Thanks of the help :)

Any disney resort. You can book your home resort at 11 months and all other dvc resorts at 7 months based on availability. Take your time and research DVC and buy where you want to stay :)

I wonder if you're looking at these because they're cheaper up front, if so, please be aware they will not be cheaper in the long run compared to SSR especially. Dues are higher and likely to climb faster so within just a few short years (shorter at VB than HH) the overall costs will be more. If you want one of those AND to use the points at WDW you'll likely be OK most of the year as long as you don't care what resort you stay out. However, if WDW is your main goal, this is not a good way to accomplish it.

i agree with this. VB in particular is cheaper for a reason.

i wouldn't risk it.
