Vero Beach or BCV for 4 nights

I have about 2 weeks before my 7 month window opens up. I am trying to decide between Vero and BCV if I can get in. Or wait until June and get in for Jan. What resort.,

If you go to VB in October, you may be lucky and see turtle hatchlings.

What sort of vacation do you really want? Either place will be chilly to downright cold in January.
