Vero Beach Model?

I wonder if the model at Vero Beach will be turned into an additional accomodation or used for something else. It's handicap accessibility got me thinking. It looks like there is opportunity for some other type of activity or meeting room down that major hallway, but I don't know if it makes sense to take out a fully functional existing model.

Any ideas?

Ok....... I was thinking that if they turn the model into another two bedroom unit, that the family staying there should be able to use as many pool towels as they want and exceed the room limits by twice as much! And, they should get daily housekeeping and unlimited soap...... Just for this one special unit!!!!


Wadda ya think about that?

No, I don't believe so. That was part of the joke I was trying to make, daily housekeeping has been batted around a bit, so I was making a joke of throwing that in to get some responses.

Avoiding daily housekeeping expenses helps keep our dues a little more reasonable, and contributes to a better environment (less towel, sheet, etc. washing).

I guess I am a bit confused about which models you are talking about. Are you talking about room models located near the sales offices? If so, I have never seen those models. I have taken the tour at Vero a few times (before I joined and while friends were considering joining) and the rooms they showed us were actual rooms in the villas and Inn. These weren't models, these were actual rooms. I asume they will just sell/rent those rooms when they run out of inventory and no longer need to show rooms to prospective buyers. I assume they will turn the sales offices into more convention space, or maybe offices for the hotel staff.

Geez I was just at Vero and I didn't see any models. I mean there were some nice looking people around,but none of them could have been models!
