Vero Beach at 7 mth for July 2006??

Hi there:
Just wondering if anyone might be able to shed some light on how what type of availability I might anticipate when I book Vero for a 3 night stay July 6 - 8 at the 7 mth window?? I'm wondering if I will have a problem due to it being a holiday week. We are getting off the cruise on Thursday the 6th and thought it would be a relaxing way to end our trip and an opportunity to visit Vero.
Any information would be appreciated!!!
