ok i know i can call verizion , but thought id ask here
we have 4 phones on family plan , and we have an option for $5.00 a month to connect to web 2.0, what is this?what do you do with it?
Can msn(not text messaging) be sent to it? does it cost each time or is that covered in the 5.00 a month, do you get on the internet with it like your pc?
and is there any other hidden charges afraid of getting a big bill i cant pay ??
even though i may tell my kids watch it they never really get it LOL

For most cell phones, the internet mobile is WAP (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WAP), not computer browser material. Also, every minute you're online, (or using GET IT NOW) is a minute on your plan. According to Verizon online, you can get MSN IM on certain phones, but it will cost like a text/be deducted from your plan.

With nextel we don't get charged minutes for using WEB. I thought verizon was the same but not sure . It does help at Disney to do On-line checkin with SWA though.
