I really like the look of the hipster for the parks. I don't shop much online. Where's the best place to buy one? Anyone have a hipster that likes it..... or not?

$20 for retired prints, this is the cheapest you are going to find anywhere. The hipster is normally $54.

I have 3 Hipsters and I love them. But I am a Vera Bradley addict so I love all the bags, and luggage too!LOL I like taking the Hipster to the parks. It fits everything I need and even my camera too! Right now the VB website has a huge sale and some items are 60% off. 4 different patterns of Hipsters are offered at $20! That's a great deal and I doubt you will get better for a new bag.

I am glad to hear that this is a "take-to-the-parks" bag. After someone posted about the retired-patterns sale online last week...I ordered one for my DD - as she is about to go on a trip to Spain with her HS band.

I ordered her the pink elephants pattern I don't know if she will like it, love it, or not, but it will serve a specific purpose, and that is perfectly fine!

Shipping on their website is very reasonable. For the hipster at $20, the shipping is only $6.

I have the Capri Blue and I LOVE it. For $20 buy it! It's a great park bag and I loved the light tropical colors for Florida. And it's a cute summer bag.

If you want to carry a water bottle go for the full size. It really isn't much of a difference and you will not be disappointed with either one.

For Florida or summer, I would choose Capri Blue. But I personally, love the Mesa Red.

Those are my two choices as well. I agree with the Capri Blue for summer!! But I love all things red and pink. Decisions!

Your best bet is to try ebags.com or straight from verabradley.com . OR, find a local store that sells them. You can use the locator on the Vera Bradley website.

haha, I know you too! Yep, I've taken it to the parks a couple times. I love the cross-the-body strap. It gets a little fat though because I have a bigger style camera. But overall it works really well...perfect for the parks! I am probably going to be taking it again in December...that is, unless I buy a new one!

Okay, you are a girl so you'll understand. I'm worried it might be too tight across my middle. I have a cool pirate bag but it is tight and a pain to get on and off. Anyone have that problem with the hipster? Sorry if that's too much info.

The strap on the hipster is pretty long (55 inches). I've never had a problem with it.

I have a blue one (can't remember which blue) that I got from Crabtree and Evelyn. If you have a Discover card and get a $20 reward, they will make it into a $40 Crabtree and Evelyn GC. I paid less than $20 for mine. Love it.
