Vera Bradley Bags For Traveling

I just got a new bag...a handbag in Daisy Daisy. I also got a matching wallet. This is in addition to the Mod Pink messenger I got for Christmas. I think (I think) that I might just be hooked.

I also have an addiction to a brand of clothes called Life Is Good (my siggy pic is one of their t-shirt designs). It's all casual clothes with positive messages, and the company is based on an ideal of community service. They're hoddies and shirts are great...they become your favorite shirt the first time you wear it.

I'm trying to decide if we should buy tickets for the first day, early session (better selection) or if we should wait until the last day (in hopes prices will get lower)? We are about 3 1/2 hours away so I will only be going once. What would you experienced people do?

Well, I'm back again...decided that not only do I need a handbag in Daisy Daisy, but that I needed one in Mod Floral Pink as well. So I got one off of Ebay...I got a pretty good deal, too. I wish I could go to the Outlet Sale, but we live WAAAY too far away...can I live vicariously through one of you?

Go the first day!!! I have friends that went on Saturday last year and everything was so picked over they were so disappointed. The items they had left were lower priced but most were unpopular patterns or were obvious seconds (handles sewn on wrong, snags). I just look at the cost of the ticket as a donation to fight cancer.

Maybe we should all wear DisGreen!

I have not read through this thread but I want to share that the Vera Bradley mini-hipster is a perfect bag for doing Disneyworld. Holds camera, money, tickets, id, poncho, and lipstick etc. Can go over your shoulder or across the body, lightweight and you do not have to remove it for bag check into the parks.
I'm sure a reg. Hipster would be a great bag for those who need a bigger bag.

Okay, who bought there tickets this morning? We have the first session on Wed!!! 7am-10am!! I'm so excited!! I'm trying to decide what time we need to get in line. We have a 3 1/2 hour drive up there though. Anyone else going?

I only have a 90 minute drive so I feel like I am just around the corner! I am planning on going on Friday. I missed last year, but I had been the 2 years before that!

We got there a little later than I had wanted because of bad weather/traffic, but it worked out fine because it seemed like the early crowd had thinned out and the lunch crowd hadn't shown up yet so there really wasn't too much of a line, maybe 10 minutes.

Today I met a designer that used to design the patterns for Vera Bradley. I looked through her portfolio for a project we are working on & she shared some interesting news......Vera Bradley has changed from 100% cotton fabric to a poly cotton blend so it no longer wears as well

I had planned on going on Friday, but have too few personal days left at work to go then. So, I'm gong on Saturday instead. And I'm glad they added Sunday so I won't be going on the very last day.

Personally I don't like Vera Bradley bags but I got a discount code in an email today that I thought I'd share with you VB lovers.
