vera bradley bag falling apart...I know, not WDW related but I am hoping for advice

I know a lot of us bought Vera Bradley bags several months ago. I got a hipster and now the snap is coming out of the fabric and a large thread is coming out (part of the quilting is unraveling). I am very careful with my bag, so I know it's not due to rough handling.

Any others had trouble with this?

Years ago I had bought a few Vera bags and was not happy with the quality of them. Never the hipster though. I had a diaper bag and a back pack. The diaper bag did ok but the back pack started falling apart. I brought it back to where I bought it and they told me to contact Vera Bradley. I did, sent it away and then sent me a replacement. they were very nice about it...but that one didn't last long either.

I decided they weren't a company I would patronize anymore. So I suggest getting in touch with them.

Sorry you had problems with them-I own over 15 of their bags (various styles) and have never had a problem-even after washing. I just bought the new hipster one but haven't used it yet. I've been looking for the smaller backback but can't find one in the color I want-it's an older pattern. I guess the previous poster is right-contact Vera Bradley directly-they have always been more than helpful in my dealings with them. Good luck!
