VENT:Online Dining Reservations

I have checked for days... weeks to see if I can modify some ADRS on the Disney site. I still cannot get on. I can get to the "main" site but not into my reservation in any way. Is anyone else experiencing this or could it be an issue with my computer not being advanced enough to keep up with the "new" site??? Starting to get frustrated. It's SO much easier to do it online than with a CM and I like to print the list out and keep a hard copy with me and I CAN'T!!!! Very frustrated!

I haven't had any issues. I use a iMac that we bought this summer.

I have made several since the change over.

I didn't think you could modify dining reservation on-line, even with the old site. I have only been able to make and cancel reservations.

Any changes to be made, the site says to call (407) 939-3463.

I still can't get on with Internet Explorer I downloaded Firefox and that let me right on.. Just my experience~!

The new site has been problematic to say the least. I know I've had trouble getting it to work for me. However, unless something has changed you can't modify reservations online - such as changing the number of people or payment method. The one reservation I've been able to make on the new site says I can cancel online, but for any other changes I have to call.

Thanks! Firefox worked! Wish I had vented sooner (lol). Yes, I wasn't clear in my orig post- by modify I meant I wanted to cancel some and add some.

Phone WDW Dining and they should get your ADR showing for you.

The CM asked me to select the Update Reservations option once she had made the changes and I was able to see all our ADRs
