Veggie Bowl at Pecos Bill

I don't remember seeing this the last time I looked at the menu, is it new? Has anyone tried the Veggie Rice Bowl at Pecos Bill?

I agree, this seems new. And quite welcome, especially when it seems like they're removing vegetarian options everywhere else. I look forward to reviews!

Yellow rice is usually made with chicken stock. Can anyone confirm if this version is vegetarian?
