Vegetarians! Favorite QS foods that are not Impossible “meat”?

I’m wondering if some vegetarians can chime in on some good vegetarian quick service meals in the parks that do NOT use Impossible “meat”?

I’m visiting with a vegetarian friend and she is very turned off by meat, even fake meat, so all of Disney’s vegetarian meals with Impossible products won’t appeal to her. However I’m hoping I can find some tasty vegetarian alternatives that aren’t kid foods (like grilled cheese, cheese pizza, Mac n cheese, etc).

Pasta with marinara sauce is available at Plaza Inn. I usually get the pasta with pesto and chicken. There might be an option to get the pesto without the chicken.

Hungry Bear has a corn entree. I don't remember if it has fake meat on it.

Weird that neither the app nor the website has any of the items already mentioned by DISboard posters.

FYI, the website list includes places that serve fake meat. But hopefully also some other vegetarian options.

I noticed that. There are different types of vegetarians. Maybe they went with the most strict definition of vegetarian. Still, I wonder why the 7 Grain Gumbo isn't on the list. It doesn't have egg or cheese.

Speaking as a vegetarian, love the 7 grains gumbo! One other dish not listed above - Red Rose Tavern has a butternut squash flatbread and usually rotates through different seasonal vegetarian flatbreads.

That is good to know about the gumbo. I liked the gumbo with meat at Tiana's but I haven't tried the 7 grains version.

Also great news that flatbread is back! I've had that one before and it's fantastic!

Were you looking at the rice plate or the individual skewers? According to the DL website, it's only available on the plate.

I was actually looking at the plate. It just doesn't show up right now, it only lists the chicken, beef and safari (asparagus and bacon) and pork belly.
