Vegetarian @ LTT

Well during our trip for Thanksgiving, I want to take the kids to LTT for dinner. However, my husband doesn't eat meat. He will eat fish, but none of the meat choices are fish.

Does anyone know if I can order a vegetarian dish at LTT? Has anyone done this before? If so, was it good??

If not, I guess we will have to leave him to fend for himself in our room . (I'm just kidding)

I don't know for sure if they can serve a veggie dish, but I know Disney Dining is usually very accomodating so I would call and explain the situation. They serve mashed potatoes, market vegetables, herb bread stuffing, and Stouffer's Macaroni and Cheese and rolls and butter....would that be enough of a meal for him?? Truthfully, I'm not a vegetarian but when we ate at LTT I ate very little meat because I loved everything else....hope this help

YES!

I ate there during MNSSHP and let them know ahead of time that I am vegetarian. So they served me the luncheon entree Amber Waves of Grain...it was VERY good, IMO. Yes, it was dinnertime.

I also enjoyed the amber waves of grain very much. I had it at lunch, but as Hucifer said, if you call ahead they will serve it as an alternative at dinner.

Thanks! I'm glad to hear that. I will definately call ahead to verify.

I'm just glad the kids & I can still have a traditional dinner and DH can still eat with us. I'm sure he will still pick at the Mac & Cheese and Mashed Potatoes.

We don't eat red meat or Turkey so chef special made us Chicken breasts with all sides and extra grilled veggies. It was Delish.

You won't believe this, but I am a vegetarian and LTT is my favorite place to eat in DW. I use to get the veggie dish [I never needed to make prior arrangements to get it either], but then I stopped ordering the veggie dish because the sides are so filling that I didn't even need the extra dish. The macaroni & cheese, stuffing [my fav part], carrots, salad, the yummy soft rolls, etc was more than enough to fill me. It is my fav meal at DW! HTH Kim )

What is Amber Waves of Grain? Is it vegan? I want to make reservation for either LTT or Tony's during MVMCP, and am looking for a restaurant that can easily accomodate a vegan.
