I will be in Disneyland with my two teen daughters. They are both vegetarian (not vegan). Can anyone recommend places to eat in DL, CA & DTD?

Royal Street Veranda in DL has a vegetarian gumbo in a bread bowl.

Pacific Wharf Cafe in DCA has a vegetarian chili in a bread bowl.

There are options at Rainforest Cafe in DTD, including the nacho appetizer when ordered without the steak (and it was very good).

Then there are things like eggs, pancakes, waffles, beignets, veggie sandwiches...Cafe Orleans MIGHT still have ratatouille on the dinner menu, which is a vegetarian dish if done normally.

Have you guys checked out the menus on sites like allears and dlresort info?

Any Buffet will have lots of options

Carnation Cafe : 3 cheese veg. medly

Pacific Warf : Broc/Cheese in Bread Bowl

Cafe Orleans : 3 Cheese Monte Cristo & Pommes Frites (SP?)

Tomorrowland Terrace : Grilled Veg. Sandwich

Cocina : Veggie Burrito (HUGE!!)

Pizza & Mozzarella sticks : many places

Hungry Bear : Veggie Burger, Great Onion Rings

Taste Pilot : Large Salads & Special Fries

Royal St. Veranda : Veggie Gumbo in Bread Bowl

These are a few of my favorites from my trip last week. I am also a vegetarian (not vegan). I had no trouble finding great food all over DL & CA. Check Allears for menus. This was a big help.

Pizza Port has a yummy salad called the Starfield of Greens (it does have some blue cheese crumbles on top). Also, the Terra Nova pasta is really good. It has a chunky tomato basil sauce.

We mostly do sit down

DL-
BB: Portabello Mushrooms and CousCous they also offer a pasta and a veggie dish I believe off menu (at least they use to)

RZ: Has veggie rice and beans, but the best thing there is the tostadas with grilled veggies. It is huge though so plan on sharing

On main street there is a place on the patio that offers veggie sandwiches, garden burgers are around as well. Bengal BBQ has veggie kabobs. Fruit and Veggies to snack on all around and the veggie gumbo is very good in the bread bowl.

DCA-
WCT: has the best Caprese Sandwhich and a few other things all good!

Vineyard Room: it has been a few years since we have been but they had good veggie dishes.

Ariels- has a good pasta dish

Napa Rose- was so good! It has been a while but I very much enjoyed this meal both times we went

Storytellers- their on menu option (pasta dish) was terrible when I last went and none of the meat eaters at that lunch liked their meal either. But I have heard better things about their buffet but I don't know about the veggie options for that. I have to say I did not like the menu meals I had either time I went.

I have never done CS in DCA but I know it is around.

DTD-
Naples: we did their quick Service and though veggie I will never go back it was terrible!!! And am scared to try their sit down

Tortilla Joe's: I haven't heard the best things so have skipped it

Rainforest: I did this place at Ontario Mills and know I found things on the menu but for the life of me had no idea what. I remember it being ok

Jazz Kitchen: last time I went had limited menu options but worked with me. But I have to say I always just eat a salad, their amazing garlic bread and save a ton of room for their desserts. They are the best! If your daughters eat fish the place has lots more options, I don't.

Goofy's Kitchen: Was wonderful!!! I was shocked at all the options, available. I was very happy, and would go back.

HoB: was the only place I had an issue, but someone should be the new menu and there are much better options in the past.

Catal: had lots of good options and was very tasty! We also like sitting out at outside at the Uva Bar. It serves good food and you can sit in the center of DTD and people watch. Because of the set up it is "all age" I have taken my teen niece many times. They serve appetizer style foods and meals.

If you have any questions ask a CM they tend to be very helpful and well tell you if there is an off menu option as well, but just about everywhere had options.
