Vegetarian Food at Universal and IOA?

Where can I find good vegetarian food in the parks? Especially at counter service places? I'm also staying at HRH, are there good veg options there? Thanks!!

I'm vegetarian and allergic to dairy. There were almost no options for me other than at City Walk. As long as you eat dairy, you'll find plenty of places with pizza and the like. Also, Tchop Chop at RPR is awesome! The free crispy things they bring aren't vegetarian but if you ask, they will bring you something else. The veggie plate entree was fabulous!!

Beware of the nachos at Margarittaville - my DD (also vegetarian but eats dairy) ordered with just cheese and the cheese had meat in it! Yuck!!
