hi everyone - loving all the tips and tidbits here and excited about our trip in October!

I've perused menus for many of the restaurants, leaning towards one "sit down" meal each evening we are there (3) - mainly Walt's, Chez Remy and maybe Blue Lagoon?

I'm a vegetarian. Just wondering if anyone out there who is vegetarian or vegan has any tips or suggestions about any vegetarian dining anywhere at the resort? Just looking for any random thoughts! TIA!

Side note - our room is a CM discount room, I'm assuming no breakfast is included with that at our resort (Cheyenne) - anyone have experience they can share with that? Thanks!

I would stay clear of Chez Remy, its basically an over priced steak house, so if you are vegetarian that would not be a place to go. Both Walts and Blue Lagoon would be a better choice for you. I had a very nice cheese and tomato pizza for lunch one day at Pizzeria Bella Nottte in Fantasyland, the same menu is available at Colonel Hathis Pizza Outpost in Adventureland.

Just because your room is a CM discount I would not assume breakfast is not included. The standard in DLP is breakfast included, so what they will do is just discount the standard price so breakfast will still be included.

Thanks! That's really helpful! I know Remy is meat town. Ha! My family eats meat and I want to see the place. I agree it will be an expensive probably not the greatest value meal! But it's our first trip and I'm dying to see it! The recommendations for the pizza is great! I was hoping there would be more curry or something somewhere but I'm not really seeing that.

I'm
Hopeful our room includes some breakfast of any kind but I'm trying not to get my hopes too high!

Thanks!!!

Im sure your room will include breakfast as all deals and offers do including if you add someone onto your room without tickets and just pay room tax (this is often done if you already have annual passes) - when you check in Im sure they don't know how you booked your room or what deal you got so you should get a breakfast time.

The breakfast at Cheyenne is continental buffet with lots of bread and pastries, cold meats, cheese, preserves, cereal and fruit salad as well as hot and cold drinks. You do need to find your own table which can be a bit chaotic at busy times

I disagree with PinkTink and don't see Remys as a overpriced steakhouse.
The menu is limited and steak is one of the options offered but so is fish and a vegetarian option. The salad you get as a starter is delicious and although I know you won't be eating it but the steak is especially good.
Although you can see the theming from where you exit the ride you get a better feel when actually sat in there and have time to take in all the details. Ive eaten there twice and wouldn't hesitate to go back next time Im in DLP.

Regarding other vegetarian options it might be worth looking at the buffet at Agrabah - again amazing theming and it has quite a few vegetarian options.

Not all places in France do vegetarian well and you may find some items labelled on the menu as vegetarian but containing fish so check carefully. A lot of places will have pasta as a vegetarian option

thanks a small world! i have read that i need to be a little extra careful about asking about fish, eggs and ham! i will be very happy if a continental breakfast is included! can't wait for out trip - i have heard about the agrahbah menu, i guess there is no way to see a menu for it really ahead of time! :)

They don't have a menu as its a buffet and the food is subject to change however if you look at the Restaurant sticky there are photos and reports of the type of food on offer which doesn't seem to change much - there are lots of salads, houmous, olives etc on offer for starters and usually something like a vegetarian Lasagne as a main option or sometimes a Vegetable Tagine
