Vegetarian at DTD

looking for people's favorite DTD restaurant for vegetarians. Not interested in pizza or pasta. Also, won't spring for signature dining, but could be either table service or quick service. thanks!

Wolfgang Puck Express has a good veggie sandwich. Earl of Sandwich does, too.

I love the egg dish at the Raglan Road Weekend Brunch. (on the special menu)

Rainforest Cafe has a veggie burger on the menu... Not gourmet, but not pizza or pasta either! Also, T-Rex has a really delicious appetizer with marinated eggplant and bruschetta with herbed cheese... I had that as my meal a couple of years ago (when I still ate cheese). It's really surprisingly delicious!
