Vegan Stir Fry

My daughter is currently at Epcot and said she just had the best vegan "beef" stir fry ever. Does anyone know what brand of "beef" they use or if it is their own making? She isn't fond of most meat substitutes and only tolerates Boca crumbles in spaghetti sauce. For her to say that she is going to eat this stir fry every time she goes to WDW says something. If I could find it on the market that would be fabulous.

Thank you so much. I've seen this brand. Now that I know they are really that good they will get incorporated into our family dining rotation. It's hard on her being the only vegetarian in a family of omnivores (I eat very little meat, but I do eat some).

As a side note have your daughter try the BeyondMeat crumbles. It is pretty darn good. And its soyless.

Just echoing that Epcot does use Gardein brand for all their meat substitutes. And *all* the Gardein products I've gotten at the grocery are amazing--and I say that as a very picky person about such things! They even make "fishless filets" that are surprisingly delicious. Even my mom, who is not a vegetarian and was extremely skeptical when I offered to make some for her, loved them.

By the way, the Gardein vegan chik'n breast with roasted vegetables and black rice at Coral Reef is one of the most delicious meals I have ever eaten in my LIFE. Sooooooo good! Highly recommended!!!
