For anyone who has the VEA booked from August 1st please check your emails as they are changing the way you access the bus.
It looks like you now have to get to Terminal 2E/F yourself and then check in at the VEA desk rather than go straight to the bus with your ticket.
The email contains a download with info on how to get from one terminal to another and a little map of 2E/F.
