VDH Questions for Purchasing

As someone that will consider purchasing a small resale VDH contract in the future, I would want to purchase about 75 points- that gets you 3 nights most of the year. A small 50 pointer doesn't really get you much unless you are adding onto an existing VDH contract you already have. I think the 75 point contracts are more usable than a 50 point one. But maybe other resale purchasers would feel differently.

The difference to add 50 points later alone is $1408 than now with incentives. Im more comfortable with that than the $11,198 extra that I have to pay down quickly now if I dont want to pay crazy interest so theres my answer too 😆
Definitely. The incentives are quickly negated if financing and for points you don’t need today.

I think that too but ive been tracking the 50 point poly which is an expensive resort and for some reason I think those go for more. But im with u id rather have 75

This is a good piece of info.
Definitely something to think about or to take into consideration on how many nights it gets you, etc, but it also could be a bank and borrow situation where 75 is overkill.

I bought my 75 VGC because I knew I only needed 88 points per trip at the most (thinking I’d only do studios. lol) so 75 would be enough to go every other year and i wouldn’t have to be concerned for quite a while before my barrowing ran out. :-)

If you are comfortable not getting MB and think you might want the points to have a surplus then I’d not do it.

BUT I would not forgo MB if you think you will end up renting unused points.

My travel goals puts me at 90 points for my anniversary and 113 for d23 so we're at 203 points already, not to mention the holidays and trips for when im stalking and something pops up. I have decided:

150 points, No MB, Split 50 50 50. Thank you guys so much i love you all!!!!! ❤️ 💙 💜

I'll second this. I plan on getting a VDH contract resale eventually, and I'll want enough for a 2 bedroom for 2 nights every other year, so in the 75-100 range.
