In the one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and grand villas at the DVC resorts, there were VCRs in the living room. In some of the suites that I have stayed in but not all, there were VCRs in the parlor rooms. At the AKL, neither suite (one- or two-bedroom) that I stayed in had VCRs. As a matter of fact, over the holidays I had to request a VCR for my suite. The AKL set this up for me and I was charged somewhere in the area of $35 for the use of the VCR for two nights. I forget what the daily rate was, but I do remember that it was not that much more money to rent it for a longer period of time (I think for one night it would have cost me $30, but for two nights it was $35, or something like that).
