I've read over and over again from trip reports about VB and the personal attention they give to their guests. (Things like remembering the kids names when they come back to the pool, little notes, etc.)
It sounds just fab, I wish my brother would have wanted to go to VB this summer instead of BCV, but oh well! Maybe next summer!
I wonder if HH is like this, also or is there just something special about VB? Is it just small enough for things like this to happen or what?
