VB restaurant/entertainment info.

Just some updates. Sorry if any of this has already been posted.

Hermanas Mexican Restaurant(US1) has closed and the building now houses a Family restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. Open from 7AM until 2PM. Haven't tried lunch yet, but imho the breakfast was fine.

The pizza joint next to the resort at Wabasso Beach seems to have closed. (or it seems closed evertime I have been by. Prima Pizza and Pasta( US1 Sebastian) has pretty good food and a good cheap spot for lunch. The resort also has its own takeout pizza.

Fins(link) (Indian River Dr. Sebastian. north of Capt Hirams). If you are a fisherman, they will cook your fresh catch and give you all the side trimmings for $7.99. They use an oak grill for grilling. They have a new outdoor barge bar featuring live entertainment Thurs-Sunday. If you are fans of the River Rats from the Green Cabin Room, they now play at Fin's on Sun nights. Heard a rumor that Fin's was having a problem with local ordinances operating the barge for outdoor dining. Will find out tomorrow.

Captain Butchers (just north of Fins) has a chalkboard menu which changes daily based on the local fresh catch.

Wow, I just noticed in your personal info that you spent over a month at Disney, is that right?

How was it? And more importantly, how many pictures did you snap!?

Yes. It does seem nuts spending that much time there, but we never seem to run out of things to do in the area or get bored. We have relatives in the Melbourne area and I do some work throughout the year nearby the VB Resort area. We took around 600 digital pics this time around. Overall this recent trip was wonderful but still enjoy going in Oct-Nov the most. When I get home sometime in the next few weeks, I hope to get some of the new pics posted.
