VB parking ??

Hey all!

We leave early Sat. morning for Vero - yay!


I was just sitting here thinking though...when we were there last June..parking was awful If we ventured out...finding a parking space was not easy upon returning to the resort to say the least. At one point there were NO spaces in the garage at all and the guard ended up telling my dh to park on the grass off to the side. Anyone get back recently and how was the parking situation? Was that unusual and just a crazy busy time or something? We were there June 11-13th last year. I'm just really hoping that was just a fluke and not the norm?!

My family was there over Spring Break week 2005 and we had no parking problems. We had to park outside in the lot near our building (#14) once during our five-day stay.

I've only gone to DVB in October, December and March and never had a parking problem.

I have been to Vero twice. The first trip there we often found most spots filled. I suspect there should not be an isue unless people using 2 BR & Grand Villas are bringing more than one car. I wonder if anyone knows the number of cars permitted per unit and whther it varies depending on the type of unit you reserve.

Hey all!
Just got back and had a WONDERFUL week! I'm happy to report we had an absolutely excellent location in bldng.#14 (top floor with a living room ocean view and balcony overlooking the pool and mini-golf course) and did not run into the parking problems like we did the previous year. The garage was almost full everyday but did not have a problem getting a spot. So for anyone on their way down, Enjoy!

We will be heading down to Vero in 1.5 weeks! We booked an OVIR to make sure we got a view.
