When (not if) I lose weight, do I have to wait until weigh in to get a clippie?
Atkins/lo-carb people--How do you keep track of your carbs? Do you use the package label? Fitday?Atkinscenter?
I have been using Fitday, but I see discrepancies (sp?) vs. Atkinscenter.com. Is that because Fitday doesn't subtract dietary fiber?
I'm still not sure if I should still keep an eye on fat intake. According to fitday, 69% was fat yesterday. I know, I need the book. I am working on it. The Atkins website has super information & I DO understand that I need to have the fat in order for my body to burn fat.

I have been on the diet for 48 hours officially & I know that this is the time when the fat burning should start. So, right now, I would say that I am way obsessed!
I report my weight in the weekly weigh in thread, but if for some reason after that check in I *HAPPEN* to lose enough to warrant a clippie change, I am all over that sucker!
