We have used Tiffany's 6 times and our family always uses them and they are WONDERFUL! We have NEVER had a problem with them. They were even waiting for us when our flight got there 45 minutes ahead of time.

Sorry, but I absolutely hate "drive by" posts like this. If you have a problem with a particular company, please share what the problem was so we can all learn from it. After all, that's what these boards are for. If we all made posts like this, the DISboards would be completely useless.

Yes, please tell us your experience with tiffany.

I do know that they have been sold in the last year or so, well at least one of the primary owners is no longer there.

And they were "recommended" on another site I go to and now they are no longer recommended.

We have used them in the past and have not had any issues.

We used Magic Transportation this past trip in July. They were FANTASTIC! You can do a search on this thread and find some reviews of them. They were prompt, professional, fun and had the best prices around. Thanks Jeanette & Anthony! Look at their website.

I am one of those folks that would not recommend Tiffany agian. We had used them in the past, but on our trip in January, we had several problems. First, we had requested a grocery stop which was the driver knew nothing about (I did have a copy of my email requesting one). The driver did accomadate us and stopped at Goodings (not my first choice, as we had requested Publix). There seemed to be some communication problems with them, because when we got to the hotel, we wanted to use our coupon in our Passporter, which the driver did not know what to do (again, we had this noted on reservation). He wanted to tear the coupon out of the book when it clearly states that the coupon should not be removed from the Passporter. Again, they did honor it, just took some time and disscussion...not the way to start off a vacation. But the biggest reason I would not use them again is the "return" driver scared the heck out of me with his aggressive driving. Maybe these problems have all been addressed since January of this year. Maybe it was just because we requested a van instead of a towncar or limo. Maybe they have released the van driver that was aggressive. I know that I was sufficiantly disappointed and downright scared to try them again.

We've used Quicksilver for our family trips and have been nothing but COMPLETELY satisfied. We love Quixksilver and will continue to use them for all of our future transportation needs at MCO and within WDW.

How rude... IMHO.... just rude. Just goes to show that there were more favorable responses about Tiffany's than this ... person... ahem... probably from the competition!!

Tiffany's took myself and a friend to the Radisson from the airport... when the driver heard us talking about needing a taxi or a shuttle in the morning to get to the ship... he asked ... "What time?"... He was delivering a family to the port from WDW and offered to swing by after... pick us up and take us to the ship so we didn't have to pay for an additional ride!! They have always gone above and beyond for me and I stand by thier excellent customer service!

The passporter is a Disney guide book, sort of like the Unofficial Guide, etc. I've never bought one, but others have said there are coupons in it. Here it is on Amazon....

In the past I've tried Florida Towncars (not recommended), Yourr*de (company sold and no longer at all recommended--like in run--FAST and FAR!), and Tiffany (who I've had mixed results with).

Jimmy is the owner operator for Golden Limo. He partners with another owner operator to be able to offer a selection of cars, but still give the personalized service of you getting HIM as your driver. I've NEVER read a complaint about him.

We have used Tiffany on numerous occasion the latest being just last week and have never had any issues with the service. We have used them for both the town car and van services they offer. The drivers have always been polite, professional, and courteous and never given us a white-knuckle ride.
