Where is the news source for this break-up? The latest reports about Vanessa and Zac being together was Sept. 5--a reporter who covers the White House was at a restaurant in Australia, where Hairspray premiered, and happened to see them there:

UPDATE: According to White House journalist Jim Long, “Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens” [were] spotted kissing in Sydney, Australia. Cafe Sydney was the scene; they were talking about their YouTube hits.”

So they are still together.

I'd just like to comment about the unrealisticness of disney channel. why does it matter most things are unrealistic. has anyone ever watched Heroes? i love it but that will NEVER happen. I personal adore the show Scrubs, but most doctors are not always goofing off. Its made up, and most things in the media in our days are. And you know what if people in joy it then let them enjoy it.

As for the Vanessa Hudgens thing, so what, shes a young woman, is what happened wrong? yes it is. but you no what at least shes not out doing drugs or getting arrested or in rehab. like those other girls, (lindsay lohan, britney spears, e.t.c), what they do could be physically dangerous for them, the only thing is Vanessa's career would, or is, in danger, that can be fixed. Most celebs make mistakes, and you cant tell me they didnt know when they started something could possibly go wrong in there career.

And the High School Musical 3 stuff, it wont last forever, there might not have been one anyway. You cant expect this to last forever, im sure they want more serious roles away from disney channel. And im sure when there all like 30 or 40 they wont want to be known as Troy and Gabriella, although its what got them started.

Well thats my opinon im sure i could write more but i dont know who will read this whole thing anyway.

Just making sure facts are right and people don't make allegations based on hearsay. People talking about it is less reliable then reading it from an entertainment news source.

FYI........They did not break up. I don't get where half the information comes from people state in their posts as the truth but there is no honest source for which the information came from.

A lot of people's posts are speculation. Some actually include article quotes. So sometimes people are giving their thoughts on the topic of what they think happened, or they show where they got something from.

I am sorry , but that is a pretty lame answer.So what you are saying is just because everyone else is posting hate remarks it is right. That is stupid. Was it right that Hitler hated the Jewish people. Would you have followed him cuz he got a lot and I mean a lot of people to follow him to hate people. okay i may have a different opinion then a lot of people given that I am 22 and I did not read the entire thread BUT she is a human and as much as people don't like to think about it a lot of people have had naked pictures taken of them at some time in their adulthood. How did she ruin the movie for what she did. The last I checked the picture wasn't inserted into the movie and the movie was the same as it was when everyone was ranting and raving about it before the Vanessa picture came out. The picture DOES NOT change the movies what so ever. As for losing Zac, I haven't heard anything that he is leaving her.

Uhmmm. A lot of people on this DIS knew, because, well; we saw the picture. A lot of stars have either lost something they had or ruined their image. Vanessa Williams had pictures come out after she won Miss America and she lost her title. And Paris Hilton, who's famous for nothing, just got a bad reputation now as the girl with the video. So yeah.
