Disney is NOT going to fire Vanessa. I just wish people would stop hating on this poor girl. Sure she made a mistake, but who hasn't. Yes she is a celeb , but she is just a girl like the rest of us girls. Let the girl go about her career, she has an amazing voice and if this isn't blown out of poportion by the media she will have a great career.

The only reason you don't here about it all the time is because regular girls like ourselves people could careless about it. But because it is Vanessa it is made to be a huge deal. Yes she was in the movies and yes she is popular by the media. But she breathes the same aqs you and me. She puts on her shoes the same as you and me. She combs her hair the same as you and me. You can say, Oh but she chose the lifestyle of a celeb. Maybe she did, but she didn't choose to have someone illegally steal a PRIVATE photo of her and plaster it all over the internet. I think that is going way beyond the celeb status there.

I have never read the HSM thread but I figured they would be talking about Vanessa so I looked at it. I was laughing reading "I hate her now!" and "I'll never look at her the same way!" How is it even possible to genuinely hate someone you don't even know? It just makes no sense to me.


About Disney movies being unrealistic and all that stuff: I posted about this before and it may seem like I'm saying two different things but they are unrealistic and in almost every case that is the magic of it all. When I posted before I was forcusing on the Disney CHANNEL movies. Not the Disney classics. But like me and Caitlin said, this whole thing has nothing to do with HSM.

Just so you don't get mad at me, I wasn't quoting you. I just said what I remember glancing at. But I'm going to say this for about the 50th time. And for once I want someone to answer me.

How is it possible that you can genuinley hate someone you don't even know. Answer that with a good solid answer and then we will go from there.

I think DC, is not really Disney.
To me, Disney is classic movies that I watched when I was like 3. When I had no idea what the heck The Disney channel was. All I knew was Cinderella, Simba and other movies.
Now, DC just gives Disney a bad name.

TWICE at my school last year naked pictures of girls got out.
It sucked for them and they were extremely embarassed.
Since I knew them, I felt totally sorry for them, and it sucks that it had to happen. Stuff like that happens ALL the time.

And four point about her being a celebrity and her life being under a microscope...I don't really get how you can say that and not feel sorry for her? Can you imagine if your life was like that? It wouldn't be all that fun.
Yes, she CHOSE to act and to be a part of HSM, but still, it's gotta be draining on a young woman.

Also, about the comments on how disney channel shows/movies are unrealistic... all shows are unrealistic, really. It's not just limited to the Disney channel.

me too! I just princesses so much since that, I actully just bought the new princess DVD, dreams come true with Aurora and Jasmine.

I get so excited when we drive through the gate to WDW but during my most reason trip I missed it! I was so upset. Haha just had to say that. To me, that is when the Disney magic of the trip officially starts.
