Value Villas????

So I know you can get a savanah view or a standard view when you book a villa but AKV also gives you a value choice.
Does anyone know what this means/ is it a smaller room or a worse view?

Value rooms at AKL -Jambo House are smaller the the regular villas and do not have a sleeper chair. Therefore the occupancy level is one less. The are only 10 2 bed lockoffs so availability is scarce. They have to be booked at 11 months out. They can have a savannah view but it is not guaranteed.

I think they are the best value DVC villa on property.

There are no value villas at Kidani Village.

To add to that, I believe it's 40% are Savannah View, 40% Pool View and 20% Parking Lot view.

I was able to snag a 1BR Value and a 2BR value 7 months out for March this year. Quite amazed that they were both available. Definitely a steal if you're a DVC member.
