value season, golf carts

Two basic questions....

I thought that the middle of january 2009 was the value season,,, you wouldn't think it when we got a quote of $88 a night for a full hookup premium loop. REquested 300, 200 , or 100.

Also, how far in advance can you make a golfcart reservation. They gave us the phone number and hours of operations.

A full year in advance.....IIRC. Mid January 2008 was value season, I cant find an official 2009 schedule for rates(Im sure theres one out there somewhere), but 88 is kinda high for value season.....I know they keep raising rates...but its usually a couple of bucks a year. Did you ask about it? Id become a member of AAA if you arent already just for the discount alone.

2009 rates have not been released yet. Since Disney doesnt know the correct amount to charge.....they charge more than enough to cover the cost of one night. Chances are if you are staying in January...not on a holiday or weekend the actual cost once rates are determined will be less.

Carts can be reserved one yr in advance.
