Value Resorts

I am planning a fairly budget minded trip with my 9 year old DD. (DH and 18 yo DD are staying home this trip) All our Disney vacations have been to moderate or deluxe resorts. I am thinking of PC this July and I was just wondering if my 9 yo would like this or the AS resorts better. Could someone help?? I'm horrible at decision making. Pools and fun are obviously most important to her. Bus transportation is important to me. Thanks for any imput you can give me.

We've stayed at both All Star Music and Pop Century. The kids enjoyed both. The rooms at PC seem smaller to me. (I'm told they're not) This year we are staying at All Star Movies.

I wasn't too thrilled with the food court at PC. Plus if you are staying for fireworks, etc, the line for PC get LONG!!!

So I guess my vote would be for staying at an AS.

I've stayed at the Movies and at PC.

I agree with not liking the Food Court at the POP. I feel the lay out of the Movies is the best of all the values, but one thing is for sure, those soap dispenser things in the All Stars are just icky. I mean, not attractive.

I don't think it will really matter unless your 9 yo has some sort of attribute that fits into one of the themes.

We've done All Star Music and Pop. We liked the theming of Pop better, especially the cool shadow boxes of memorabilia in the lobby. If your DD has a preference though, I think any of the values would be great.

the values are all about the themes. which would he enjoy more? Sports? Pop Culture (rubix cube, yo-yos ....)
