Value resorts with a double stroller

I've only ever stayed in a deluxe, but am leaning toward a value (Movies or AOA) on my next trip due to financial reasons. Are there elevators if you stay above the first floor? Will I need to be able to drag my double stroller up stairs to get to my room?

An alternative is staying at the Carribean. Do they have elevators?

I feel like these are dumb questions, but again, I'm used to Deluxe where everything seemed "easier". I'm not sure what to expect at a Value or Moderate.

Yup.

No.

No. There are only 2 floors so no elevators. Same thing with the Mansion section at POR.
