Value Resort package sold out???

I just got off the phone with a reservation agent with disney and asked about the discount. They said that that code is sold out. But when I check online I see that it is still available.

What should I do? Keep my reservation that i just made via the phone or go on and make the reservation online. Also the deposit is different $184 as opposed to 200 bucks

I was told the same thing for my dates 12/1 - 12/6.

Where online do you put the code? I'm trying to check dates/resorts myself and can't figure out where to put the codes.

You don't need to enter the code. Just go to disneyworld.com and click on the box with the discount. It is on the right hand side of the screen under the regular box for get a quote.

I thought I'd squeeze in another trip. Dates 11/21-11/27 all sold out for all resorts for YQE. There were room only discounts available. Was really considering going if I could have gotten POR. Rack rate came out to... $2584.41

ONline it takes the code but when you call, it doesnt work. We are going 12/17 - 12/20 (3 nights), 2 adults and 1 child age 3. WIth the DInning plan. It will be a 100 dollar differnce

Call back and speak to someone else. They did that to me this morning....first the CM told me codes can't be applied to packages and when I said this one is FOR packages she said let me check...when she came back she said we're all sold out. Well, I went online like you did and checked my dates and it showed it was available. When I called back and spoke to another CM she got me the discount with no problem. I would try again as having a different CM can make all the difference in the world.
