I figures it out to be $56 per nite but they said $63, what am I missing?

$56 for the total cost per nite per room.

Should I call back and see why they didn't apply the full discount? Or is my math wrong?

Do they tax you on rack room rate? not discount rate?

Even taxed at rack rate, that amount would be too high. Rack rate of $82 taxed at 13% is $10.66. Discount rate is about $50...so if you're adding $10.66, that's $60.66. So where's the rest of the charge coming from?

My ressies were 49.00 nightly and 55.00 and change with taxes in.

We need more info to properly assess your rate.

1) Did you ask for Standard or Preferred room - there's a difference.

2) How many people are travelling ? A third adult person in the room is an extra 10$ a night.

3) What are your dates of travel? The basic rate for a standard room is not 82$ all year. In fact, for certain weeks of this promotion, the peak season rate would normally apply.

They must have given you a preferred room, it is $10 more.

My quick guess is that they have rated you for a Preferred Room during value season.

That's 94$ a night. 40 % off .. equals $56.40 x 1.13 for tax.. equals 63.77$ a night. That's close to what you are saying if the 63$ a night includes tax.

were you booking a package or a room only...
If you are comming from a package, there could be something in the break down that is off. If room only I agree with the others about preferred (I have noticed that sometimes on the disney site it defaults to preferred...so if they forgot to change that...)

The other thought I had was that there are some 30% offs being talked about but that works out to $64 something a night

I called last night to take advantage of my 40% off and the Cm had a higher rate than the base price on the website????? I was sooooo aggravated I told her forget it (I was on the phone for 1 1/2), I would wait. I'm hoping if I call today I get someone else that can tell me why I come up with a figure of 3,000 less.

If I book a room only at BCV (two bedroom), can I just buy the tix when I get there? Are they a lot more $$$$$$?

The CM did ask me if we had any requests and when I said close to a bus stop and main area that must have been the $10 more as the price was $63.77 exactly.

Now, we needed it for medical reasons, why are they charging more. I don't really care, yes I do, for $10 that is two dole whips with rum!

We are going Sept. 27-Oct 4, staying at a value to start then over to our DVC after the weekend.

I am trying to get a June trip together but DStepS gets out Memorial day weekend and then the price goes up on the rooms, we don't have airfare and are waiting on SW. I just really don't know if it will happen or not.

Well, I called back today and found out it's because each date on the flyer has a diffrent promotion and that the BCV only include studios and not the two bedroom suite. They are still adding something else to the package price, because it's still higher than what I come up with.
