Value beds, Mod beds, Deluxe beds, are they all the same?

Are the beds at the values, mods, and deluxes all the same. I know Swan/Dolphin have different beds, but what about the other resorts?

When we stayed at ASMo the beds almost killed me being so hard. I am use to my waterbed and then sleeping on them for a week, I thought my back would never be the same.

It is hard to say. I've had the most comfortable bedding at ASMu, CSR and The Contemporary. The absolute worst has been at AKL, POR, and BCV. Those beds were terribly hard. I guess it depends on what kind of bed you are used to at home. I know last August they were replacing the beds at CSR and I think we had brand new ones. They were really comfy.

For us, we thought the beds at CSR were hard. Of course for my DH and myself, we missed our Sterns and Foster. Just hoping AKL will be better.

I could be mistaken, but I could swear I saw a Sterns & Foster tractor trailer parked at the Polynesian. It surprised me, becuase I thought Disney used Sealy.

I also thought they used Sealy. I remember at one hotel we looked at the mattress tag and it was a Sealy. Maybe Disney changed vendors?

No, they're not all the same. The beds at WL and BWI were very comfortable, while the bed at Pop century was so hard my arm kept getting numb.

This is a BIG reason why we pay the extra $$$ for deluxe. My husband and I are both 6 feet tall and we need the extra inches in length that the queen beds in deluxes give us.

We have had great beds at AKL, Poly, Swan and WL. The doubles at All Star Sports were terrible. I have never stayed at a moderate. We were at the Dolphin before the major refurb. and those were just plain worn out.
