Valet Question about non-DVC Reports

Does the DVC valet parking pass cover valet parking at non-DVC resorts such as GF, CR, etc? Obviously not the tip, but the valet cost...

There are folks on this board who reported that they've been able to get free valet parking at a non-DVC resort after using valet parking at a DVC resort (on the same day) because the parking attendant left the ticket in the car.

But that's not how it's supposed to work.

A DVC members, the free valet parking perk only applies to the three DVC resorts that have valet parking.
