Valet Parking at the Contemporary???

I've read here that at TTC Monorails and the Ferry are often not running for AM EMH, though. As far as Disney making appropriate provisions for TTC arrivals on AM EMH I've heard it's not-so-much.

So non-guests can park at Contemporary as long as they're paying for valet? That's acceptable?

As a paying Valet customer, is there a time limit you can leave your car at the Contemporary?

Do you mind if I hijack a little? We are off site and have a breakfast at CM then are heading to MK for the day. I know it is not generally an accepted practice to park at the Contemporary all day/night after our meal so I was planning on going to the TTC and then taking the monorail over to the Contemporary. Is it possible to valet at the Contemporary and leave the car there? It will be July 9 and MK is open until midnight. I would love to cut out that extra step but also don't want to break any 'rules' (in ' ' because I understand opinions vary on this but I personally will not do it if there is any possibility of it being wrong).
