Valet Parking at CR- Week After Easter

Let me preface this by saying I'm not asking about self-parking. I'm specifically asking about valet. I'm giving the disclaimer because I know resort parking is controversial.

The question: I'd like to valet park (all day) at CR, on the Thursday after Easter Sunday. Has anyone experienced valet restrictions at CR during this time period? I will not have a specific reason for being at CR to give the guard.

Thanks!

Specific reason would be "shopping." Availability would depend on whether or how much of the country has Spring Break that week.

Shopping- I like it. And possibly true.

Yeah- Easter is pretty late, so I was thinking spring breaks would be pretty spread out. I'm expecting intense crowds, but maybe a little lower than last year when Easter was in March.

In any case, I'll be prepared to be turned away.

We got turned away one year between Thanksgiving and Christmas. We were shopping and getting a cocktail one afternoon. We asked to Valet park, hubby uses a scooter off and on so valet parking makes it so much easier to get the scooter unloaded and then have them park it for him. The gate guard turned us away. We asked what we suppose to do and he directed us to park in the main parking lot for Magic Kingdom, catch a parking lot tram and then use the monorail to get to the Contemporary Resort. That was way too much much work for us. And actually was bad directions since a scooter can not go on the parking trams! We ended up getting drinks at the Polynesian and had no trouble valet parking there.

This is very helpful- thank you. I'm sorry you had that experience. I'm thinking this may not be the greatest plan for April.

Not the CR, but wanted to valet park at beach club and eat at beaches and cream. It was during f&w and we were turned away. Told only people who had guaranteed dining reservations. We were just goi g to try to do a walk up at the counter. I guess they were holding the valet lot for other guest with guaranteed reservations.
