Valet free if staying at AKL?

Is the free valet parking only applicable when staying on points? I'm a member, but staying at AKL, not AKV, and not on points. Thanks!

In the past, the free valet service was available whether you satyed onsite or not, as long as you had your blue membership card.

Remember, that the free valet is only available at DVC resorts, or resorts with a DVC annex, not regular WDW resorts.

Speaking as a former valet attendant, $2 when you drop it off and $3 when you pick it up would be a real nice tip for good service. Feel free to vary those amounts as you see fit, especially if they help you with luggage or do something special. At the same time, if you want to forgo the drop off tip, a single $3-$5 tip would be fine when picked up as well.

We usually do $2.00 at pick-up and $2.00 when we drop off the car.
