I'm still holding at 8/15. I think that's what I was last week, too. I've had a really bad past 8 days. It was my daughter's BD a week ago yesterday, 1/23 (that was a good thing, but I had cake/ice cream 2 days in a row - big no no on Atkins). Then, the same day, my 2 youngest DC came down with a nasty virus. They missed the entire week of school this past week. And my oldest (who had the birthday) came down with a nasty cold on Wednesday. I've had no chance to prepare meals and have been existing on cold cuts, cheese & eggs. My DH had his long shift this week and worked 12 hour days, so he couldn't help me out at all. You'd think I would have lost weight, but the scale didn't budge all week.
Tomorrow is Super Bowl and I've already planned to go "off plan". Not really badly, but definately over the 25 carbs I should be having for the day. I think my goal of 15 pounds by 2/14 is slipping away. I'm staying on track today and will be back at it with a vengeance on Monday. I have been faithful about working out, tho. It's not helping on the scale. I keep telling myself I'm building muscle.
