Valentines Day and DDE Card

Can anyone tell me if I can use the DDE discount card on Valentines Day and at any “Lounge parties” (if they have any) during the Supper Bowl?

We used it last year at Bistro de Paris on Valentines Day, they had a special multi course menu that my husband ordered and it applied to that as well.

Usually the DDE is not valid on holidays.
