Valentine's Cruise

Any past experience with cruising over Valentine's Day? Does DCL do anything special?

Our anniversary is Valentines Day so we take a cruise every year, but we actually sail the week before or after. The airfares and cruise fare for Valentines weekend itself is always more.

Anyone know if DCL does anything special on Valentine's day?

Don't know if they do anything special but join us in the cruise meet section, some of the other repeat cruisers may know.

We were on the Valentine's day Magic cruise last year.

Formal night was the night before V.D. and Mickey (in tux) and Minnie ( in sequiened ball gown) descended opposite staircases in the atrium. Then Mickey presented Minnie with a bouquet of flowers.

Made the rest of us slobs look like a bunch of ... well, slobs!

We were on the same magic sailing last year. They really didn't do anything special at all in the dining room (I didn't see the Mickiey and Minnie thing), but my kids made valentine's presents for me in the club. That was cute! Other than that though there was nothing special, no decorations or anything like that.
