Valentine ideas?

DS will be 2 on 2/13 and we are having his party on 2/14. Just family...both sides grandparents and my dh's grandmother, aunt and future uncle. Everyone will be staying here since they are all about 3 hours away, so even thought the party will be at 1pm, they'll be here for dinner, too.

I'm trying to think of a fun thing to do since they will be spending Valentines day here. I won't be doing a valentine theme for my son's party, but think it would be cute to do favors for them with a valentine theme or something special for dinner/dessert. We'll probably just do pizza and cake or something similar at 1

Any ideas?

Okay I admit I am terrible with ideas... the only thing that came to my head was a heart shaped cake... and since you are already having that I have no idea. Really I am bumping to see if more creative people can help

Balloons heart shape. napkins with valentines print. gift wraps with valentines print. How about if he wears red.

A few years ago, my friend and I made cupcakes with pink frosting. We then took the red gel you can put on cupcakes, and wrote things like "be mine" and "i love you" and drew little hearts on them. Maybe that will add a little Valentines flavor without going too extreme?
