Hopefully someone can help me.:flower3: I have been soo busy lately that I forgot that I was supposed to plan a game or activity (not craft) for my DD4's preschool class tomorrow. I have been searching the web but cannot come up with any great ideas. It would have to be simple enough that a 4 year old could understand without too many instructions and have no winners. I would be grateful for any suggestions or ideas. Thanks!

A fun activity I did last year for my son's preschool party, was a cake walk. I made numbers out of paper plates and then each child that was on the winning number got a package of Little Debbie's snack cake in the heart shape. I think there are 2 to a package so we gave one package. The Little Debbie's are really inexpensive and prepackaged to avoid any school rules. Don't forget something to play your music on while the walk!

Stack those conversation hearts. See who can build the highest tower. Winner gets a pencil or something. Same conversation hearts, use chopsticks, how many can you put in a cup? These are timed events say 30 seconds each kid. Good luck.

DD has a heart pillow and we played The Wonder Ball game where u pass the heart around from kid to kid and when it stops u are out, as u get out u pick a candy from the bowl of conversation heart candy(this makes being "out" not soooooooo bad)

did the hokey pokey

played musical islands, kids have small rug patches for circle time and we played musical chairs using rugs(again, when u are "out" u chose a candy

How many Hershey's kisses can you pick up with chopsticks?

There are some free Valetine bingo games you can print up from online, if the kids are able to manage that.

I just had to do this for my preschooler's class. I did a race to see how many candy hearts they could pick up with chopsticks. First I used the baby trainer chopsticks (the ones with animals on top) and then I moved on to the real chopsticks. They had a blast.

I know its too late for this year but yesterday we made friendship bracelets, played with pink playdoh, made Heart creatures ( had a bunch of paper hearts and made mice, butterflies, cats, dogs, or whatever they wanted) the teacher also made up a sheet with a bunch of hearts on them. inside each heart was the name of a color and a number. they had to color the hearts the correct color and then glue the correct color and number of candy hearts inside the heart. there was also a blank heart that they could add 5 hearts that they could eat ( without the glue of course!)
