Valdosta GA?

We'll be driving down 75 and are looking at an in-expensive hotel somewhere around Valdosta. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!!

We always stop at the LaQuinta Inn! We have been very happy with our stays there. We think the price is good (can't remember off the top of my head, but can post tomorrow (still have the receipt from Dec).

The rooms are nice and clean, the service is good at the front desk, there is a computer with internet in the lobby, the breakfast (free with the room) is much more than a "contintental" one! You get scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, and grits as well as the danish, cinnamon rolls, bread and cereals.

Also, the hotel sits right next door to an Outback Steakhouse, so we walk over to eat dinner that night too. We have had very good service and food at the restaurant.

According to their web site, the hotel is located a block or so away from Exit 18 on I-75. This is good info for me too because I'm looking to stop around Valdosta next week!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn which is very nice. Got a free breakfast too.
