Hi all
Why would anyone visit the parks if employees aren’t mandated to be fully vaccinated?

What about the guests? There are tons of guests going to Disney without being vaccinated. Guests definitely outnumber cast members. I choose to go because I am vaccinated. I can't control what anyone else does. It's a personal decision.

I don't know if the handful of park employees (in comparison to the visitors) would make it any safer or not. Being crammed in with tens of thousands of people, half of which (or more) are not vaccinated isn't going to change the risk level. In fact I feel like the masked employee's distanced from you are probably safer to be around.

I don't think any jurisdiction in North America is mandating vaccines, at least there are none that I know of. So I wouldn't see this as park specific. Why would anyone go to a mall? Or a restaurant? etc. It's a matter of personal choice and the level of risk one is prepared to assume.
