I am a spreadsheet nerd! I typically make one before I start making ADR and FP+ that lists the days we are there as Rows and the parks as Columns. Then I fill in the blanks with the times, EMH hours and park activities for each day. This helps me decide first park and second park choices. As I make the plans and lock them in, I turn the row/column green and then print out before I leave. I also print out the screen shots from MyDisneyExperience.
