Vacation package question

Hello and TYIA for helping me with my questions below.

Three of my my friends and I will be in DW at the end of May. We purchased a vacation package to include dining. I am lead on the account, but everyone has their own my Disney set up. Can someone tell me how this works.. do I need to be with each guest every time they use one of their dining/snack credits or make a purchase? Is there a system in place to see how many credits we have each used or is it all lumped in to one balance? The same goes for purchases .. will it all go to my account or can each guest use their pin to make their own? I am almost certain there will be times we may split up so I was wondering how this will go.

First - do your friends have their own MDE accounts? If not I’d encourage them to do so and you can link together and all have access to the room. At the very least they will need a profile that you manage for their tickets.

The dining credits will be lumped together. Any of you can use them. You’ll need to trust each other to not use more than each share of the pot.

Charging to the room - each adult can set up a separate credit card.

Yes, it works the same for LLs when you are all linked. Anyone can book for anyone else on their Friends & Family list.
