Are you talking about a professional magazine about vacation ownership, similar I guess to Consumer Reports? I doubt it, as most timeshares are terrible investments and lose most of their value immediately upon purchase.

If you're talking about a forum or chat board that has a lot of members of different timeshares to post their experiances and opinions you might try
