Vacation Homes on a budget

Anyone have any suggestions for affordable, well rated vacation homes to rent at Disney?

I'm having a hard time finding something I can feel good about ( reputable wise)

I have only stayed at 2. One was a 3 bedroom townhome at Emerald Island for $450/week. We had a great experience and it was a quick drive to the parks.

Last year, we stayed in a 5 bedroom pool home in Indian Creek and it was amazing! It was only $625 for the week. If they weren't booked for the week I'm going,we would stay there again, even though we only need 3 bedrooms this year.

Romancing the Mouse is very close, very friendly, and very responsive to your needs. They meet you at the house with fresh baked cookies when you arrive, and they live right there so no dealing with a property management company. The kicker for us on price was there are no extras- the price you see includes pool heat, gas for the grill, taxes, etc. We loved it!

We have rented multiple properties at Windsor Palms and Lindfields. We use either vrbo.com or http://www.windsor-palms-florida.net/ and have never had a bad experience.
